SLEEP SUPPORT TEA
Promotes restful sleep.
INGREDIENTS + TRADITIONAL USE:
Chamomile: Traditionally used for relaxation and sleep support.
Lemon Balm: Supports mood and helps calm the nervous system.
Passion Flower: By increasing GABA in the brain, it can promote relaxation and may manage stress, insomnia, and menopausal symptoms like hot flashes.
Lavender: Traditionally used to promote calming, sedative, and anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) effects.
Rose: the aromatherapy effects are linked to reducing cortisol levels, easing anxiety, and managing depression.
Brewing Instructions: Use 1 tablespoon of tea per cup (8-10 oz) of hot water. Steep 10-15 minutes. 1 cup before bed.
