The Full Story
Hi! My name is Olivia. I often go by Liv. Welcome to my passion - bringing education, empowerment, and my favorite creations to you.
Living a balanced lifestyle has always been a high importance of mine My experience extends back to becoming a registered nurse and stepping into critical care. From the get go, I had questions. I found out I was pregnant with my son a week before beginning semester 3/4 in nursing school. I was entering my Obstetrics rotation newly pregnant.
The experiences there fueled my decision to have my children outside of the hospital. My husband at first thought I was joking - wanting to have a child outside of a hospital?! “What if there is an emergency!?” I agreed as I was unsure as well, but I was growing to question the medical industry entirely. We went to our consultation and never looked back.

I began to have more question throughout my first pregnancy. Questioning standards for immunization recommendations, beginning to read books such as The Vaccine Friendly Plan, by Jennifer Margulis and Paul Thomas. Additionally, The Vaccine Book, by Robert W Sears, MD. I made decisions for myself and my child early on that were completely against my innate gut feeling. As my body screamed no, society said yes. And continued to do my own research, taking on the heat. from my own friends and family, let alone my husband who had never heard of the things I was coming to find out. The more I dug, the more my eyes opened, and so did those of my loved ones around me.
I went to a seminar discussing the Gut – Mind connection. Here I further understood how the pieces were all coming together - another interaction to recognizing the capabilities of the human body. One so powerful and strong in determining our longevity of life. I knew it was a mission to learn, educate, and empower others to know their strength and understand how to carry out self-health management. The kind that a system built for profit, cannot profit off of nearly as much.

I have always made juice shots, cleanses, homemade food. I began gardening this past year, an interest I have always wanted to embark on. An unexpected shift in our personal life resulted in my curiosities to flourish – gardening, painting, learning. I began imploring my curiosities of herbs and plants leading me to further realization and reflection. I began reflecting more on God - how everything here exists with a purpose, receptors in our bodies align, and all man made medication derives back to a natural source.

Working critical care for over 3 years, experiencing a system of corruption with my hands tied to doctors orders and drug dealing, I have begun to feel lost. I became a nurse to help and heal. After becoming one, I realized working in an industry run by greed at the expense of human life is not the realm I desire to be tied too. As these feelings of dissatisfaction and sadness in not knowing who or where I was meant to serve, the creation of Livin 80.20 felt like a breath of fresh air.
My life all feeling as if it were falling into place. Leading me to finding exactly the way I am meant to serve the people. In a way that brings real healing, knowledge, and wellness.
The start I would say stems back to realizing the dangers of some of our most common medications – Omeprazole – never studied for long term use nor indicated, directly linked to further complications and Alzheimer’s, etc. So, I did my research, leading to the infamous creation of the acid reflux capsules, and thus my product line was born. A few months later, a dear friends family was sick, I brought my cherry cough syrup over and she posted a thank you! That night, Livin 80.20 was born.
