POSTPARTUM RECOVERY TEA
A nourishing herbal blend crafted to support postpartum recovery, replenish vital nutrients, and promote calm, balanced healing.
INGREDIENTS & TRADITIONAL USE:
Red Raspberry Leaf: Traditionally used to support uterine tone and recovery after birth. Rich in minerals that help replenish the body postpartum.
Nettle Leaf: Deeply nourishing and mineral-rich, especially in iron. Traditionally used to support energy, blood building, and overall replenishment.
Oat Straw: A gentle nervous system tonic traditionally used to restore depleted energy, support emotional balance, and ease postpartum fatigue.
Chamomile: Calming and soothing. Traditionally used to support relaxation, digestion, and restful sleep during recovery.
Lemon Balm: Uplifting and gently calming. Traditionally used to support mood, reduce stress, and ease tension.
Suggested Use: 1-2 tbsp per quart (overnight infusion preferred for minerals). Drink 1-3 cups daily
