Warming herbal blend commonly enjoyed during seasonal changes.

 

INGREDIENTS + TRADITIONAL USE:

Elderberry: Traditionally used to support immune health and seasonal wellness.

Elderflower: Commonly used to support the body during colds and promote gentle sweating.

Thyme: Traditionally used for respiratory support and soothing coughs.

Hibiscus: Rich in antioxidants and used to support hydration and heart health.

Peppermint: Used to soothe digestion and provide a cooling effect.

Chamomile: Traditionally used for relaxation, sleep support, and calming the nervous system.

Ginger: Used to warm the body, support digestion, and ease nausea.

 

Recommended Add Ins

**Echinacea: Traditionally used to stimulate immune response and support recovery.

 

Brewing Instructions:

Use 1 tablespoon of tea per cup (8-10 oz) of hot water. Steep 10-15 minutes. 1 cup betore bed.


Contraindications: Not intended for pregnancy/breastfeeding, if taking prescription consult with a PCP. In case of known autoimmune conidtion, echinacea may stimulate immune system.
