Small-batch elderberry syrup for daily resilience and the first scratchy days of the season. Cooked berries and flowers, rose hips and orange peel, warming spice, raw honey. Made in a home kitchen for real life — not a cleanse, not a cure.
Use it as a steady teaspoon through cold season, or more often when something is coming on. It should taste like berry and spice, not medicine.
