CALM NERVOUS SYSTEM TEA
Relaxing floral tea for stress and nervous system support.
INGREDIENTS + TRADITIONAL USE
Chamomile: Traditionally used for relaxation and sleep support.
Lemon Balm: Supports mood and helps calm the nervous system.
Holy Basil (Tulsi): An adaptogen traditionally used to help the body manage stress.
Lavender: Traditionally used to promote calming, sedative, and anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) effects.
Peppermint: The active compound "menthol" acts as a stimulant to increase alertness, focus, and memory while simultaneously providing analgesic (pain-relieving), anti-anxiety, and calming.
Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 tablespoon of tea per cup (8-10 oz) of hot water. Steep 10-15 minutes. 1-3 cups daily
